On Instructables I’ve published my tutorial, how to make conversion from spd to flat pedals (or rather how to have such an option). The hack I made before short trip on the bike to France. The purpose was to have an option to ride in standard shoes or sandals on spd pedals. Used twice during the trip, works fine. Anyway I’ve entered the “Bike contest” so keep voting if you have an account ;-).

Saddle bag is essential piece of kit if you want train without worrying. Absolute minimum is patch kit and pump. In my opinion for a peace of mind spare inner tube and multi-tool should be considered (sometimes other bits and pieces as well). Below you can find my attempt to solve that problem.

No i stało się. Jakiś czas mi zajęło żeby dojrzec do decyzji i wystartować w “zawodach”. W “zawodach” w cudzyslowiu, bo mniej wiecej 1/3 ludzi traktuje Wiggle sportive jako lepiej zaplanowany trening, 1/3 chce po prostu przejechać dystans i to jest niejako wyzwanie. Nieliczni ścigaja sie ze sobą i traktuja powaznie czas w jakim zrobia dystans. Samo Wiggle okresla ta impreze jako “sportive is not a race”. Chciałem po prostu sprawdzić jak wyglądam na tle przeciętnego cyklisty.
